Overview

Provide case management, psychosocial support, and counseling to people with specific needs, and support outreach and awareness-raising activities.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide specialized case management, including assessment of needs, development of action plans, referrals, implementation, follow-up, and closure.
  • Support the identification of people at heightened risk through home visits, referrals, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Provide age- and disability-appropriate individual counseling and psychosocial support in safe spaces.
  • Ensure timely filing and storage of case management data, maintaining confidentiality.
  • Work closely with other protection teams and external service providers to ensure access to relevant services.
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly work plans.
  • Support the implementation of monitoring and evaluation tools and report on challenges.
  • Participate in supervisory meetings to ensure adherence to standards.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with relevant stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of an up-to-date service mapping.
  • Identify the need for and attend case conferences.
  • Raise gaps in General Protection Specialized response services and referral protocols.
  • Immediately flag safety concerns to the Protection Team Leader.
Required Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience in delivering specialized case management or counseling to PWSN required. Previous experience in international organizations and humanitarian settings is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's in social work, Counseling, Psychology or other related field.
