Overview
Support programme management activities, including data analysis, process improvement, and coordination of events.
Key Responsibilities
- Support programme management activities, including planning, tracking deliverables, preparing presentations, reports, and briefing materials.
- Assist with business process mapping, workflow improvement initiatives, and the development of automation solutions using digital and AI-enabled tools.
- Conduct basic data analysis and reporting, including preparing dashboards, visualizations, and analysis using Excel and related tools.
- Assist in the planning and coordination of meetings, workshops and events, including support to Digital Cooperation Day (DCD) and other office initiatives.
- Support research and knowledge management activities, including analysis of reports and speeches.
- Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications
- Applicants must meet one of the following requirements:
- - Be enrolled in a graduate school programme (second university degree or equivalent, or higher);
- - Be enrolled in the FINAL academic year of a university degree programme (minimum Bachelor's level or equivalent);
- or
- - Have graduated with a university degree as defined in (1) and (2).
- Preferably in the area of the below degree programme(s) in a graduate school (second university degree or higher); or if pursuing their studies in countries where higher education is not divided into undergraduate and graduate stages, have completed at least four years of full-time studies at a university or equivalent institution towards the completion of a relevant degree.
