The Consultant will carry out the needs analysis, design and development of online learning courses, ensuring integration with UNICEF's LMS, and provide support for end-users and subject matter experts.
A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in instructional design, learning technologies, and managing the full production cycle of e-learning courses. Proven knowledge or experience of instructional design, instructional technologies, development processes, needs analysis. Experience in working with authoring tools, including Articulate 360 (Storyline and RISE), and video production tools. Experience in working with learning management systems as a solution to deliver e-learning including but not limited to Totara and/or Moodle. Experience in the use of tools to ensure translation and accessibility of learning resources. Exposure to international professional contexts and/or multicultural environments within the United Nations Systems, preferably in UNICEF.
Bachelor's degree in Instructional design, adult learning, learning technologies, or online and distance education. Degrees in social science, design/media, arts/arts administration, and management (project management, human resources, business administration, etc.) are accepted if complemented by relevant on-the-job experience. Additional professional training and certifications are considered an advantage.
