Overview

This consultancy will provide systematic field monitoring and quality assurance of Makani Center operations and program implementation. The role supports the strategic reshaping and prioritization of a reduced package of services while ensuring adherence to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide systematic field monitoring and quality assurance of Makani Center operations and program implementation.
• Support the strategic reshaping and prioritization of a reduced package of services.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and accountability commitments.

Required Experience

Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible experience in learning and education, program monitoring, community-based programming, educational counseling including in a humanitarian context. Prior experience working in refugee camp settings in Jordan is required.

Qualifications

Master's degree in social work, Social Sciences, educational psychology, educational counseling, Sociology, Education, Community Development, or any related field.
