Overview
Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of an integrated Grant Management Information System for the West Bank Field Office, focusing on data accuracy, timeliness, and usability.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of an integrated Grant Management Information System for the West Bank Field Office, using Microsoft-based tools including Excel, Microsoft Lists, and Power BI.
- Ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and usability of key grant datasets covering portfolio tracking, reporting, financial burn rates, activity logs, and performance indicators.
- Coordinate regular updates (e.g. monthly financial data and quarterly performance tracking).
- Contribute to the development of Power BI dashboards to support analysis and decision-making.
- Work closely with Project Officers, programme units, and finance colleagues to collect and validate data, while ensuring consistency and adherence to agreed standards.
- Manage data flows across teams and support colleagues in the effective use of the system.
Required Experience
At Least 3 years Demonstrated experience in managing structured datasets and supporting programme, grant, or operational processes is required. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required. Experience working with Microsoft 365 tools, particularly SharePoint and Microsoft Lists for structured data collection and management is required.
Qualifications
University degree in information systems, data management, computer science, statistics, business administration, finance, or a related field is required.
