Overview
The Operations Analyst-Climate and Sustainable Finance Analyst will provide analytical, operational, and coordination support within the Climate Department, focusing on climate and sustainable finance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct industry, market, project, and institutional research.
- Analyze economic, financial, technical, and portfolio data.
- Support team workstreams and WBG operations on Paris Alignment, climate co-benefits, sustainable finance, adaptation and resilience, climate risk, and related topics.
- Support GHG accounting and climate outcomes metrics.
- Prepare briefs, presentations, reports, guidance, checklists, training and knowledge materials, and communications.
- Support practical tools, dashboards, data systems, workflow improvements, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
- Provide project-management and internal delivery support.
Required Experience
A minimum of two years of relevant professional experience.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in finance, economics, business, public policy, international development, engineering, data analytics, environmental science, or a related field.
