Overview
The Solutions Architect will define and oversee the technical architecture for digital solutions supporting country teams, ensuring alignment with business, enterprise, security, and operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Define solution architecture, integration patterns, and low- and high-level designs for CPF, CPIA, and related ITSCE Country Solutions products.
- Partner with product owners, country teams, OPCS, and IT delivery teams to translate business priorities into feasible solution options, implementation guidance, and technical decisions.
- Assess trade-offs, dependencies, risks, non-functional requirements, and total cost of ownership.
- Collaborate with platform, security, infrastructure, and operations teams.
- Prepare architecture diagrams, technical presentations, decision records, recommendations, and solution walkthroughs.
- Provide technical leadership throughout the solution lifecycle, including design reviews, implementation guidance, code reviews, and mentoring of engineering teams.
- Promote reuse, standardization, interoperability, security-by-design, maintainability, and the responsible adoption of emerging technologies, including AI-enabled capabilities.
- Support Agile and SAFe delivery practices.
Required Experience
Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience with a Master's degree in business, STEM fields (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics), computer science, or a related field; or a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of seven (7) years of relevant solution architecture, software engineering, or related experience.
