Overview
Provide support to supervisors and staff on human resource and work-related issues, including training local implementing partners and managing administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to supervisors and staff to develop skills and capabilities.
- Provide information to staff and supervisors on human resource and work-related issues.
- Daily supervision of cook/cleaners and reorganization of work schedule.
- Prepare and deliver training to Local Implementing Partners.
- Participate in supervision of Local partners and prepare reports.
- Participate in salary preparation in Agresso.
- Coordinate with relevant partners, suppliers, authorities, lawyers, Pension Office, Medical insurance company.
- Ensure proper and systematic filling of documents in employee files.
- Support recruitment process, including background/references checks and communication of benefits.
- Organize induction pack/work support tools and schedule briefings.
- Issue stock requests and update/share stock reports monthly.
- Prepare contracts for casual and full-time workers.
- Ensure timely request and distribution of office and guest house supplies.
- Prepare and circulate minutes from all-staff meetings.
- Update and circulate the contact list weekly.
- Assist in developing efficient working relationships with HR partners, government bodies, and stakeholders.
- Plan and follow-up renewal of staff annual medical checkups.
- Assist in designing and implementing HR policies.
- Ensure effective record keeping and reporting systems.
- Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing HR requirements as per Labour code, Collective agreement of INGO’s, and by-laws.
- Ensure compliance to NRC performance management cycle.
- Undertake other duties as requested by Line Manager/management.
Required Experience
Experience in HR and administration.
