Overview

The Field Facilitator will conduct labour market needs assessments, build private sector partnerships, and support the planning and organization of employment-oriented training programmes for NEET young women.


Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct labour market needs assessments by engaging with private sector companies, human resources professionals, employer associations and business networks.
  • Assess employers' perceptions and willingness to recruit NEET young women.
  • Support the matching of NEET young women with employment opportunities.
  • Consult with local stakeholders to identify priority training areas.
  • Identify required resources for training programmes.
  • Share comprehensive information on proposed training programmes with the Project Team.
  • Support the planning and coordination of training activities.
  • Support outreach efforts to increase participation of NEET women to project activities.
  • Identify and engage additional institutions, organizations, community structures and local networks for outreach.
  • Establish and maintain contacts and cooperation with relevant UN Agencies, government institutions, and other partners.
  • Support the referral and matching of beneficiaries to training, internship and employment opportunities.
  • Maintain organized records of project data, field activities, case studies, human-interest stories, photographs, and other relevant documents.
  • Support dissemination of high-quality information and visibility of project activities.
  • Participate in bi-weekly coordination meetings.
  • Provide weekly progress updates via e-mail.
  • Submit a monthly progress report.
  • Establish and maintain an online interactive tracking database.
Required Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of progressively responsible experience in human resources and/or job matchmaking is required.
  • Experience in building partnership with private sector representatives, local stakeholders and employer relations.
  • Experience in stakeholder relationship management.
  • Experience in analysing labour market trends and workforce demand, identify employment opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Master’s Degree in Human Resources, International Relations, Business Administration, Public Administration, Social Sciences or equivalent field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in combination with 2 years of relevant professional experience may be accepted in lieu of Master’s degree.
