Provide data analytics support to assess progress towards targets of the WHO Viet Nam Country Office Results Framework and conduct skills building for staff in monitoring, evaluation, and measuring impact.
At least 5 years of experience preparing epidemiological updates, analytical briefs, dashboards, public health profiles, results frameworks/tools or health information products for public health programme monitoring and evaluation. Desirable experience with WHO or other international agencies in data analytics and/or results framework development, monitoring, and evaluation, some of which obtained in an international context.
Advanced university degree (master’s) in information management, public health, epidemiology, economics, data science, or related field. Desirable: Certified training in results-based management and/ or project management. Additional training or certification in the above and/or related areas.
