Overview
The Product Owner liaises with ICT stakeholders and external partners to manage and evolve assigned ICT products, ensuring smooth service operation and technical architectural consistency. The role also involves communicating complex technical concepts to management and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Owns backlog prioritization for build and run activities, translating business requirements into priorities for the Agile delivery team.
- Ensures continuous monitoring of the product in alignment with architecture and infrastructure standards.
- Participates in Agile ceremonies and contributes to best practices.
- Drives achievement of milestones and ensures the product meets non-functional requirements.
- Oversees product-level resource allocation and manages external resources.
- Leverages data and performance metrics for decision-making and product prioritization.
- Collaborates with various teams and stakeholders for successful product outcomes.
- Contributes to the development and execution of the product line strategy.
Required Experience
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a similar role.
- Experience managing, integrating, and supporting enterprise technology solutions throughout their lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of software development, system implementation, deployment, and Agile delivery methodologies.
- Agile certification is an advantage.
- Experience with Frappe is an advantage.
- Good understanding of digital transformation, enterprise architecture, and emerging technology trends.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in ICT Management, Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
