The Officer, Risk Management and Compliance will support the Kinshasa Country Cluster Delegation and the Red Cross of the Democratic Republic of the Congo in strengthening internal control systems, governance practices, and compliance monitoring.
Minimum 7 years of prior professional experience in assurance audit, risk management or compliance role. Minimum 3 years in the humanitarian, development, non-profit, public sector or international organization environment. Experience supporting institutional change management processes. Demonstrated experience in designing, implementing or monitoring enterprise risk management and internal controls frameworks. Experience working with institutional donor requirements and regulatory compliance requirements. Experience working in complex operational environments with multiple stakeholders and decentralized structures. Preferred: Previous experience with a National Society, IFRC or ICRC. Experience with data analytics and reporting.
Bachelor’s degree in management sciences/auditing/accounting/business administration, or related discipline(s). Certification in auditing, grant management, risk management, and/or compliance. Preferred: Advanced degree in management sciences/auditing/accounting/business administration, or related discipline(s).
