Overview
The Project Management Tool Implementation Lead will oversee and coordinate the selection and implementation of a project and program management tool, engaging with stakeholders, building a roadmap, conducting change management, and tracking project progress.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a Process mapping workflow detailing technical requirements, process maps and future-state workflows.
- Write and launch the Request for Information with detailed requirements, and follow up for the RFP, with technical and functional criteria.
- Provide vendor evaluation framework, vendor comparison matrix, recommendation report with scoring methodology, business case and cost-benefit analysis, and procurement evaluation report.
- Deliver executive status reports, project board presentations and minutes, KPIs and adoption dashboards, benefits realization tracking, and risk and issue reports.
- Develop a documented project and program management framework, including governance structure, project lifecycle, templates, workflows, reporting standards, roles and responsibilities, and tool administration procedures.
- Work with the vendor for go-live plan, UAT test plan, and deployment checklist, as well as after go-live checks.
- Create a standard operating procedure document.
- Prepare a project closure report filled in with lessons learned report, knowledge transfer documentation and operational support handover as well as final acceptance and sign-off.
Required Experience
5 years of proven experience in project management and stakeholder engagement is required. Proven track record of leading at least one to three enterprise-wide project management tool implementations is required. At least 5 years of experience operating within highly regulated or financial institutions is desired.
Qualifications
Advanced degree in computer science, project management or a similar field. A first level degree may be accepted, in combination with two more qualifying years of experience. Prince 2 Certification, PMI, Agile, scrum master
