Overview

The Driver will provide reliable and secure driving services using project vehicles for authorized personnel and delivery of items. The role also involves ensuring cost-saving through proper vehicle maintenance and taking immediate actions in case of accidents.


Key Responsibilities
  • Drive project vehicles for the transport of authorized personnel and delivery of mail, documents, and other items.
  • Drive safely and responsibly.
  • Assist the project in delivery of official correspondence to regional departments, with logistics, including customs clearance, visit airport and warehouse.
  • Meet official personnel at the airport and facilitate immigration and custom formalities.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the assigned vehicle, checking oil, water, battery, brakes, tires, electrolyte levels.
  • Log official trips, daily mileage, gas consumption, oil changes, greasing, and report to PM monthly.
  • Perform minor repairs which do not require special tools and ensure the vehicle is kept clean.
  • Provide brief reports on the technical condition of the vehicle and planned expenses for the month.
  • Take all necessary action in timely manner in case of involvement in accidents and traffic rules violations.
  • Perform other duties within incumbent’s functional profile as assigned, including assisting with pouch, procurement, workshops, and other administrative tasks.
Required Experience

Minimum 2 years (with secondary education) of work experience as a driver with a safe driving record.

High School certificate

Languages Required
Fluency in Uzbek and Russian is required.
Languages Preferred
Knowledge of English is advantage.
