Consultant role focused on managing content for the Bebbo Parenting Programme, a global initiative for early childhood development.
Create, edit, organize, localize, publish, and quality-assure content and media using a content management system. Support country teams remotely, troubleshoot issues, provide workflow guidance, and develop technical documentation. Develop user guidance, standard operating procedures, or training materials and deliver virtual training.
A minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible professional experience in digital content management, content operations, digital communications, product support, knowledge management or a closely related field. At least two (2) years of experience supporting content management of a consumer-facing digital product, mobile application or web platform, preferably in parenting, early childhood development, health, education or another public-interest area. Demonstrated hands-on experience of more than two (2) years using a content management system to create, edit, organize, localize, publish and quality-assure content and media. Practical experience with Drupal or another enterprise or open-source CMS is required. Demonstrated experience supporting country, field or client teams remotely. Experience developing user guidance, standard operating procedures or training materials and delivering virtual training, demonstrations or technical clinics.
An advanced university degree (Master's or higher) in communications, marketing, digital media, information management, information systems, information and communication technology, library or information science, international development, social sciences, business administration, or another field relevant to the assignment.
