Coordinate UN Common Premises projects in Istanbul, Türkiye, focusing on space needs assessment, planning, and technical quality assurance for construction and interior design.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct space-needs assessments
- Support space planning
- Prepare floor plans in accordance with UN requirements
- Provide technical quality assurance
- Serve as a technical liaison with Government counterparts on construction, interior design and fit-out
- Assess readiness for handover
- Verify permits and compliance documentation
- Prepare recommendations for handover
Required Experience
5 years of project management and overseeing building construction interior design for administrative or Office Buildings, as well as outs.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in architecture, or related fields
