Overview
This position provides technical, operational, and administrative support for the Social Inclusion of Children programme, focusing on quality care and education programme design, planning, implementation, management, and evaluation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical, operational, and administrative support throughout the programming process for the Social Inclusion of Children.
- Focus on quality care and education programme design, planning and implementation.
- Manage and evaluate programme/project activities.
- Conduct data analysis and progress reporting in support of programme goals and objectives.
- Support innovation and knowledge management for programmes.
- Ensure optimum use of program funds.
- Conduct programme monitoring and evaluations.
- Apply a Rights-Based and Results-Based Programme Management Approach.
- Support national and local capacity building and sustainability.
- Advocate for rights from a rights perspective at the national, community and family levels.
- Foster partnership, coordination and collaboration.
Required Experience
- A minimum of one year of relevant professional work experience is required.
- Experience working in a developing country is considered as an asset.
- Background/familiarity with emergencies is considered as an asset.
- Relevant experience at country level, particularly in development, fragile settings and humanitarian contexts.
Qualifications
A completed first level university degree (Bachelor’s degree) in one of the following fields is required: Education, Social Sciences, International Relations, Government, Public Administration, Public Policy, Social Policy, Social Development, Community Development, or another relevant technical field.
