Overview

Provide field monitoring coordination, systems support, data quality assurance, and third-party monitoring deployment tracking support to UNICEF Myanmar PME.


Key Responsibilities

Support the organization, follow-up, and documentation of field monitoring and TPM deployments across sectors and field offices. Strengthen the use of UNICEF field monitoring systems, including eTools/FMM and ActivityInfo. Improve the quality and consistency of field monitoring information. Support ethical and accountable evidence generation practices in TPM deployments.

Required Experience

At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in monitoring, field monitoring, programme coordination, information management, implementing partner coordination, or related work. Experience working with CSO implementing partners, third-party monitoring arrangements, or field-based programme monitoring is an asset.

Qualifications

Bachelors for Social sciences, development studies, statistics, monitoring and evaluation, information management, education, public policy, or another relevant discipline. A Master’s degree in a relevant field is an asset.

Languages Required
Fluency in English and Burmese is required. Strong written communication skills in English are required.
Languages Preferred
Advanced MS Excel skills such as Pivot Table analysis; working knowledge of Power BI and PowerPoint is desirable. Prior experience with UNICEF systems or procedures, including eTools/FMM, ActivityInfo, Field Monitoring guidance, or implementaton partnership management, is an advantage. Prior experience supporting training or orientation for partners is an asset.
