Consultant to conduct an Effective Vaccine Management (EVM) Assessment to evaluate the national vaccine supply chain and identify improvement opportunities.
Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible professional experience in immunization programmes and vaccine management. Familiarity with the WHO EVM assessment methodology and tools and previous experience with WHO/UNICEF Effective Vaccine Management (EVM) assessments or similar vaccine supply chain assessments. Experience in developing continuous Improvement Plans (cIPs) for immunization supply chains. Experience in working with ministries of health, international organizations, or development partners in the Region or countries with similar health system contexts.
Bachelors degree in public health, immunization programmes, vaccine management, epidemiology, supply chain management, logistics, cold chain management.
