The consultant will lead a comprehensive documentation, systematization, and institutionalization process of the "I Am Music" initiative, a flagship intervention using artistic and cultural expression for behaviour change, social inclusion, gender transformation, protection, and learning among children and adolescents.
Lead a comprehensive documentation, systematization, and institutionalization process of the "I Am Music" initiative.
A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in program planning, management, monitoring and evaluation in developing countries is required. Relevant experience with UNICEF and/or other UN Agencies is required, particularly on issues of gender, adolescents, cultural initiatives, protective learning environments or life skills development. Relevant field experience in Africa is required. Having managed cultural and artistic programs in Africa or other developing contexts is required. Experience in applied research and evidence generation would also be desirable.
