Overview
This role is responsible for managing the employment cycle for international personnel, ensuring timely and accurate processing of employment-related documentation and administration of personnel entitlements.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepares, follows up, and distributes employment documents such as offers of appointment, contract extensions, and separation letters.
- Contacts clients at onboarding and prior to separation to verify information and address concerns.
- Ensures proper placement of documents in Official Status Files and digitally on SharePoint.
- Assists in the administration of personnel entitlements and ensures compliance with Staff Regulations and Rules.
- Responsible for payroll and ERP related matters, including data entry and issue resolution.
- Prepares and distributes Agency-wide international personnel data and statistics.
- Monitors ePERs completion rate and compliance for international staff.
- Provides client services throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Monitors and administers attendance and leave records.
- Acts as backup for counterparts or other section staff as required.
Required Experience
At least four years of progressively responsible relevant experience in personnel management, including experience in entitlements administration and servicing in a governmental, international or large commercial organization and client services.
Qualifications
A university degree from an accredited educational institution in human resources management public or business administration or a related field.
