Experience in team management, including recruitment, appraisals, and capacity building. Experience in data collection and analysis, and MEAL systems. Experience in reporting to donors, partners, and HQ. Experience in external evaluations and donor proposals. Experience in representing an organization and participating in coordination meetings. Experience in building and maintaining relationships with partners, including government agencies. Experience in leading negotiations and finalizing partnership agreements. Experience in fostering collaboration among partners. Experience in supporting internal coordination meetings and follow-up mechanisms.
