Overview

Provide comprehensive psychosocial support services to targeted individuals and communities. Address emotional, social, and mental health needs to promote recovery and resilience.

Tasks Summary

• Facilitate PSS group and individual sessions
• Support PSS curriculum development
• Design and deliver psychoeducational awareness sessions
• Conduct PSS needs assessments
• Collaborate with other service providers for referrals
• Liaise with community members and leaders
• Foster community participation
• Identify and support local resources
• Plan and participate in capacity-building sessions
• Contribute to service mapping
• Ensure quality PSS support activities
• Monitor PSS activities and prepare reports

Experience Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and perform tasks efficiently and on time

Qualification Requirements

• University degree: Bachelor's/Specialist's/Master's degree in psychology, specialty "Psychology"
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, Outlook/Exchange, Windows operating systems

Other Details

Languages Required: Ukrainian language skills required

Languages Preferred: Good English language skills B1 level preferred

Contract Duration: After successfully completing a 3-month probationary period, with the possibility of extension depending on performance and funding

Remuneration: Salary and conditions will be in accordance with Danish Refugee Council’s Terms of Employment for National staff
