Tasks Summary
- Registering new people in the FreeShop
- Explaining FreeShop operations and assisting shoppers
- Preparing the FreeShop, tracking stock and storage
- Shopping for and collecting aid and supplies
- Transporting aid, supplies, volunteers, and beneficiaries (if driver)
- Maintaining the community center and common areas
- Cleaning bathrooms, community center, shop, storage, kitchen, garden, and entrance
- Organizing recreational and other activities
- Interacting with beneficiaries, preparing refreshments
- Supporting beneficiaries via Help Desk (WhatsApp inquiries, apartment searches, referrals, appointments)
- Assisting with administrative tasks (mail, receipts, advertisements)
- Creating social media content
- Running errands
- Teaching beginner English classes
- Preparing and making deliveries
