Tasks Summary

• Drives vehicles safely for authorized personnel and general cargo.
• Delivers parcels and documents between offices and institutions.
• Makes minor and collects urgent purchases from local suppliers.
• Collects goods from customs, adhering to regulations.
• Meets official personnel at the airport.
• Deals effectively with officials and visitors.
• Performs day-to-day vehicle maintenance, minor repairs, and cleaning.
• Reports damage or loss of vehicle tools.
• Logs fuel consumption and maintenance.
• Ensures steps are taken in case of an accident.
• Applies good judgment in assignments.
• Assists with data collection, analysis, and report preparation.
• Assists with visualizations and updating information material.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of two (2) years continuous driving experience with a safe driving record.
• Experience driving a variety of makes and models of vehicles.
• Desirable: Experience providing driving and protocol support to senior officials or delegations within the United Nations, diplomatic, or other multilateral settings.
• Desirable: One (1) year or more of experience in data analytics or related area.

Qualification Requirements

• Completion of High school diploma or secondary school is required.
• A valid National Driver License is required.
• Desirable: A valid Defensive Driving certificate.
• Desirable: Training in Basic life support (BLS) or equivalent.
