Overview
Support the media department in executing and managing media and communications activities. Respond to requests from media department management and support internal and external communications strategy.
Tasks Summary
- Collaborate with the media and communications team to develop and implement an effective plan for the organization's activities
- High-level coordination with all departments at the organization
- Develop a monthly plan for duties in coordination with the line manager
- Archive and save media materials
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly work reports to the direct manager
- Take all required media footage on the field for all activities in projects
- Full media documentation (photos, videos, stakeholder interviews, human stories, success stories, media reports) for all activities
- Check and revise media raw materials
- Respond to media inquiries and arrange interviews
Experience Requirements
- 3 years of experience
- 2 years of experience working in the humanitarian field (desirable)
Qualification Requirements
- High School with minimum specialized courses in the fields of media
- Institute degree in Media & Communication or any relevant certificate (desirable)
