Overview
To contribute to organizing human resources and personnel affairs, implementing evaluation and capacity-building programs, and safeguarding employee rights to ensure the effective utilization of human resources across all departments of the organization.
Tasks Summary
- Contribute to organizing and maintaining employee files, ensuring completeness, confidentiality, and proper archiving
- Respond to employee inquiries
- Ensure the implementation of approved policies and procedures and promote institutional culture and awareness
- Assist in daily HR functions and duties
- Support internal inquiries related to HR operations
- Perform routine tasks (attendance sheets, work assignments, leave requests) and submit them to the direct supervisor
Experience Requirements
Solid experience in archiving
Qualification Requirements
Student in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
