Asociación Multideportiva Euexia PLACEAT Volunteer opportunity: Placeat, Social Project in Spain, 10 months
Extremadura Solidarity Corps V” is an ESC project aiming at providing authentic inclusion to people with disability through team work, sport activities, artistic workshops (ceramics, music, theatre…), gardening, mutual relationships of trust and friendship and through the awareness of each one’s dignity and value. The main aim of the project is to promote the inclusion of people with fewer opportunities and to build a more human society. In the following link, you can find the infopack with more information about the project: https://tinyurl.com/5nzddr4h Accommodation, food and transport arrangements The volunteer will live in an apartment to be shared with other 3/4 volunteers, in the center of the city. The apartment includes: 1 kitchen, 1 living room, 4/5 bedrooms (each volunteer will have his/her own bedroom), 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies. Food will be covered by the Coordinating Organization “Asociación Multideportiva Euexia”, 150€/month. The volunteer will receive 6 euros per day of pocket money, paid in cash or by bank transfer by A.M. Euexia in the first 5 days of each month. Any transport in connection with the project will be covered by the Coordinating Organization Training during the activity Volunteers will participate in different trainings: - On arrival training - Mid Term Evaluation Participant profile Volunteers from 18 to 30 years old; high motivated, positive energy, willing to help others.
