Individual volunteering: VOLIN01 4 volunteers – 2 in-country, 2 international 2025-2026 VOLIN02 3 volunteers - 1 in-country, 2 international 2026-2027 Each volunteer will be involved in the full cycle of activity planning, delivery, and evaluation, ensuring both personal learning outcomes and community impact. The activities focus on: - supporting social inclusion, youth employability, personal development, soft skills, entrepreneurship etc - assisting with language and integration support for refugees and newcomers, facilitate digital literacy and green skills workshops, and contribute to community-based initiatives on sustainability, culture, and active citizenship - well-being and resilience activities, such as anti-stress workshops and peer-support groups - buddy mentoring and support of a mentor - providing space to interact with other youth residing in Paphos and the surrounding communities and share EU values and opportunities - Youthpass - Henner insurance Accommodation, food and transport arrangements International volunteers stay in our safe and fully equipped apartment of 2 shared bedrooms in Paphos. They share rooms with access to shared kitchen, living areas, bathroom facilities, and internet connection. All volunteers receive a monthly food allowance, ensuring flexibility and autonomy and monthly pocket money. When project activities require travel outside the city, transport will be arranged Flight tickets for Int. volunteers follow ESC distance band rules Reinforced mentorship, cultural orientation, emergency support are ensured Training during the activity Volunteers benefit from a comprehensive training and learning cycle designed to ensure personal growth, skills development, and project impact: Pre-Departure by the sending/supporting organisation Cultural preparation, rights and responsibilities, health and safety, and introduction to the ESC programme On-Arrival, within the first weeks in Cyprus, facilitated by CCIF Cyprus staff and the NA Intercultural awareness, team-building, local community orientation, project tasks, and inclusion values Task-Related, Language support, Mid-term/final Evaluation, Mentoring & Support, follow up Participant profile Young people aged 18–30, motivated to engage in solidarity, learning, and community work, regardless of their educational or professional background. The project will particularly welcome: Youth with fewer opportunities, including those facing social, economic, cultural, geographical, or educational barriers, NEETs, migrants, refugees, and asylum seekers. Young people with disabilities or health-related obstacles, supported with adapted mentoring and participation measures. Youth interested in inclusion, diversity, and intercultural dialogue, ready to contribute to building tolerant and cohesive communities. Environmentally and socially conscious young people, eager to enhance digital and green skills, contribute to sustainability initiatives, and support climate action at community level. Young persons seeking personal and professional growth, motivated to develop soft skills (teamwork, communication, problem-solving), employability competences, and EU civic awareness.
