A chance to participate in multiple activities in the hosting organisation meeting center. The volunteer will actively contribute to connecting local residents (including young people, seniors, and migrants) and community organizations, cultural groups, or NGOs. They will Support and co-organize events, such as language cafés, intercultural evenings, thematic workshops, and networking meet-ups that encourage dialogue and cooperation. They will Facilitate communication, help newcomers to integrate, and promote intercultural understanding through personal interaction and informal learning, as well as support in the marketing of the events and opportunities on social media and content creation (video concept for example). Accommodation, food and transport arrangements The hosting organisation shall provide an accomodation for the volunteer, it could be in the same city or in a close city, the volunteer shall have a monthly transportation ticket. Participant profile Some one with artistic skills, singing or playing musical instruments for example. The volunteers should be open and motivated to work with people, having interactions. They should also be interested in accompanying children and in animating events or workshops. They should have good communications skills. Being creative is a plus, maybe as well ideas for events and decorations. A Basic knowledge of the German language if preferred.
