Request for Proposals for Services (RFPS also known as LRPS) UNICEF in Romania wishes to invite you to submit a proposal for “Conducting a study on the level of knowledge and intention of substance use among adolescents (10-17 years old) in Romania” as fully detailed in the Terms of Reference attached at Annex B. The reference RFPS/LRPS-2025-9201778 Drug Research on Adolescents and Company name must be mentioned as the subject of the e-mail. The Bid Form (pg. 2-3 from the RFPS document) must be completed and signed when replying to this request for proposal. The Proposals MUST be submitted in ENGLISH and received at the above e-mail address by latest on Friday, 09th January 2026, at 15:00, Bucharest local time. Proposals received after the stipulated date and time will be invalidated. It is important that you read all the provisions of the request for proposal, to ensure that you understand UNICEF’s requirements and can submit a proposal in compliance with them.
