Overview
Provides programmatic support for the implementation of strategies and programmes with partners, business development, and communication materials for meetings and events.
Tasks Summary
- Develops, implements, monitors, and evaluates assigned activities related to agrifood investments
- Monitors and analyses programme/project development and implementation
- Reviews documents, identifies issues, and proposes corrective actions
- Liaises with relevant parties and identifies follow-up actions
- Assists in policy development, including issue and trend analysis
- Prepares written outputs such as background papers, analyses, and report sections
- Undertakes outreach activities, conducts training, and makes presentations
- Coordinates budget and funding activities and prepares related documents
- Supports the development and monitoring of the Centre's strategy and programmes
- Prepares communication material for meetings and events
- Supports the development and monitoring of collaboration with financial partners
- Contributes to new memorandums of understanding and cooperation agreements
- Supports the preparation of new or modified contractual arrangements
- Supports the management of investment operations, assignments, or initiatives
- Supports CFI operations and collaboration with stakeholders
- Supports the preparation of corporate reporting requirements
Experience Requirements
- Experience in the implementation of strategies and programmes with partners
- Experience in business development
- Experience in preparing information and communication material for meetings and events
- Experience in the development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of programmes/projects
- Experience in policy development, including review and analysis of issues and trends
- Experience in preparing written outputs such as background papers, analyses, and report sections
- Experience in conducting outreach activities, training workshops, seminars, and presentations
- Experience in coordinating activities related to budget and funding
- Experience in supporting the development and monitoring of collaboration with financial partners
- Experience in preparing new or modified contractual arrangements
- Experience in managing investment operations (projects and programmes), assignments, or initiatives
- Experience in supporting CFI operations and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

Qualification Requirements
• Advanced university degree (Master’s degree or equivalent) in business administration or public administration, social science, political science, international development, international relations
