Overview

Provides programmatic support for the implementation of strategies and programmes with partners, business development, and communication materials for meetings and events.


Tasks Summary
  • Develops, implements, monitors, and evaluates assigned activities related to agrifood investments
  • Monitors and analyses programme/project development and implementation
  • Reviews documents, identifies issues, and proposes corrective actions
  • Liaises with relevant parties and identifies follow-up actions
  • Assists in policy development, including issue and trend analysis
  • Prepares written outputs such as background papers, analyses, and report sections
  • Undertakes outreach activities, conducts training, and makes presentations
  • Coordinates budget and funding activities and prepares related documents
  • Supports the development and monitoring of the Centre's strategy and programmes
  • Prepares communication material for meetings and events
  • Supports the development and monitoring of collaboration with financial partners
  • Contributes to new memorandums of understanding and cooperation agreements
  • Supports the preparation of new or modified contractual arrangements
  • Supports the management of investment operations, assignments, or initiatives
  • Supports CFI operations and collaboration with stakeholders
  • Supports the preparation of corporate reporting requirements

Experience Requirements
  • Experience in the implementation of strategies and programmes with partners
  • Experience in business development
  • Experience in preparing information and communication material for meetings and events
  • Experience in the development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of programmes/projects
  • Experience in policy development, including review and analysis of issues and trends
  • Experience in preparing written outputs such as background papers, analyses, and report sections
  • Experience in conducting outreach activities, training workshops, seminars, and presentations
  • Experience in coordinating activities related to budget and funding
  • Experience in supporting the development and monitoring of collaboration with financial partners
  • Experience in preparing new or modified contractual arrangements
  • Experience in managing investment operations (projects and programmes), assignments, or initiatives
  • Experience in supporting CFI operations and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience in preparing corporate reporting requirements

Qualification Requirements

• Advanced university degree (Master’s degree or equivalent) in business administration or public administration, social science, political science, international development, international relations

Other Details

Contract Duration: Fixed-term: one year with possibility of extension
