Overview
Support work on semiconductors through country studies and a semiconductor network. Focus on understanding bottlenecks, policy levers, and increasing transparency in the semiconductor supply chain.
Tasks Summary
- Lead policy and economic analysis in semiconductors
- Draft reports, policy briefs, and country semiconductor ecosystem studies
- Manage delivery processes and project milestones
- Develop and analyse quantitative and qualitative data
- Support diplomatic engagement on policy incentives
- Prepare events, speeches, and briefing notes
- Contribute to other workstreams
- Liaise with colleagues across STI and OECD
- Organise meetings of government delegates and experts
- Liaise with UN, G20, G7, and other international forums
- Establish and maintain professional contacts
- Contribute to external visibility of divisions
Experience Requirements
- Minimum five years’ experience in policy analysis, ideally in the field of semiconductor policy
- Experience in analytical writing and comparative analysis
- Relevant experience in project management and contributing to multidisciplinary projects
Qualification Requirements
An advanced university degree in engineering, economics, public policy, law, computer science, social sciences or a related subject
