Are you passionate about supporting well-being and offering guidance? As our volunteer, you’ll work alongside professionals in guidance and coaching tasks in the Tampere tram of NGO Valo-Valmennusyhdistys, a national association promoting access to learning, employment, and participation. You’ll work with some of society’s most vulnerable young people and adults, who may face challenges such as social isolation, interrupted education, mental health difficulties, or long-term unemployment. They benefit from patient support, encouragement, and steady routines as they build confidence and new skills. You’ll help plan, implement, and evaluate activities based on your interests. Our services support individuals seeking a meaningful and balanced life through coaching and personal assistance.
