The role supports the United Nations Information Centre in Prague with strategic communication priorities and administration. The intern will assist in disseminating UN information materials and bringing the United Nations closer to the people it serves.
Applicants to the UN Internship Programme are not required to have professional work experience. A field of study that is closely related to the type of internship that you are applying for is required.
Languages Required: Fluency in spoken and written English is required. Fluency in spoken and written Czech is also required.
Languages Preferred: Knowledge of an additional official UN language is desirable.
Contract Duration: 3 months that may be extended up to a maximum of 6 months
Work Modality: In-Person, Part-Time
Remuneration: Interns are not financially remunerated by the United Nations. Costs and arrangements for travel, visas, accommodation and living expenses are the responsibility of interns or their sponsoring institutions.
