Overview
Supports the implementation of UNICEF’s humanitarian communication, advocacy, and visibility agenda in Tindouf, ensuring accurate reflection of children, youth, and women's realities in outreach efforts.
Tasks Summary
- Support implementation of Communication and Advocacy Strategy
- Contribute to production of communication materials (briefing notes, stories, images, videos, social media, articles)
- Provide inputs for press releases and media materials
- Monitor content produced by partners and contractors
- Maintain and update humanitarian content library and WeShare platform
- Support quarterly humanitarian reporting
- Proactively identify communication opportunities
- Produce digital and social media content from the field
- Capture high-quality photos and short videos
- Coordinate content clearance and branding workflows
- Monitor digital engagement metrics
- Support implementation and monitoring of visibility and branding requirements
- Provide briefings to partners on communication and visibility standards
- Review partner reports and materials
- Support communication initiatives amplifying children’s and adolescents’ voices
Experience Requirements
Experience in communication and advocacy, content production, digital storytelling, and field-level visibility.
