Tasks Summary
- Draft Eco mark criteria for three products and respective select sub product categories.
- Develop a comprehensive SPP and Ecolabelling training module for the Ministry of Railways.
- Deliver training modules to railway officials and civil service officers.
- Provide recommendations for institutionalization of the training module.
Experience Requirements
- Assessment of current market practices.
- Comparison of ecolabelling criteria - global and national.
- Research on additional requirements from CPCB or MoEFCC.
- Presentation of draft report to MoEFCC and CPCB/Technical Committee.
- Consultation with industry on recommendations.
- Development of final recommendations for Eco mark notification.
- Review UNEP’s global guidance materials on SPP and Ecolabelling.
- Review PAGE studies on SPP and Ecolabelling in India.
- Develop sector-specific content for Waste Management, Cleaning & Disinfection, and Green Air-conditioning Services for SPP.
- Integrate ecolabelling tools, certification systems, and life-cycle approaches.
- Design the agenda, facilitator materials, participant resources, and evaluation tools.
- Conduct interactive workshops for policymakers.
