Overview
Ensures efficient management and quality preservation of health-care related products in cooperation with the ICRC clinical team and the Hospital Management Team.
Tasks Summary
- Contributes to providing quality health care to patients in the Rafah Field Hospital Project.
- Contributes to the plan of action to rationalize the management of health-care products.
- Ensures imprest levels/orders forms for each hospital departments are up-to-date.
- Ensures accurate data and information collection and analysis for effective implementation of the hospital project.
- Is responsible for the appropriate use of ICRC Logistic tools such as IRIS, PSM, Tableau.
- Is responsible for timely replenishment, proper storage, and delivery of health-care products.
- Is ultimately responsible for the implementation of WH management SOPs for the Pharmacy.
- Regularly checks the ICRC store at the supported facilities are clean and donation are properly stored, labelled and recorded.
- Provides training and reinforcement to the team as needed.
- Is responsible for rising the SR and doing good confirmation for all medical and non-medical items.
- Is responsible for delivery checks, gives advice on medicine dosage and most appropriate form of medication.
- Is responsible for the monthly inventory of the pharmacy.
Experience Requirements
Experience in medical logistics management.
