Undertakes high-level and specialized finance-related support activities, leading and coordinating financial support work to ensure quality, transparency, and consistency of processes.
Tasks Summary
- Review transactions and investigate errors
- Reconcile and review accounts
- Extract transaction details for analysis
- Monitor transactions to ensure they are within authorized levels
- Prepare worksheets and assist in report preparation
- Participate in process automation analysis, testing, and implementation
- Ensure smooth processing of electronic payments, returns, and rejections
- Liaise with corporate banks on payment issues
- Act as an alternate approver for high amount invoices
- Draft correspondence and respond to queries
- Evaluate financial support requirements and adapt service provision
- Provide procedural guidance to managers and staff
- Supervise, guide, and train other finance support staff
Experience Requirements
Five years of experience in finance or accounting
