Overview
Oversee the implementation and reporting of EU-funded projects under UNHCR management and coordination. Support official project management, liaise with project teams, and ensure timely and quality reporting.
Tasks Summary
- Support official project management for two EU-funded projects
- Liaise with other project teams to prepare joint reports and documents
- Work closely with teams in Kakuma, Dadaab, and Nairobi on project implementation
- Ensure project reports and documents are drafted in a timely and high-quality manner
- Prepare and draft narrative and financial reports to the EU
- Review field inputs before submission
- Work on other EU funding initiatives
- Contribute to donor management systems and coordinate meetings
- Support coordination and organization of programme and steering committee meetings
- Provide support to field project teams in grant management and programming
- Track project learnings/lessons
- Coordinate with the Communications team on visibility products
Experience Requirements
- At least four years of direct management of EU-funded projects/programmes
- Experience in fundraising
- Experience working with UN/EU projects will be an added advantage
Qualification Requirements
Undergraduate degree in sociology, social sciences, project management, finance, or other related fields
