Overview
Supports the implementation of MEAL processes and activities to improve programme quality and demonstrate positive impact on beneficiaries' lives. Conducts field monitoring, data collection, analysis, and reporting, and strengthens accountability mechanisms.
Tasks Summary
- Implement MEAL systems and processes for data collection, analysis, and usage.
- Plan and conduct field monitoring missions and post-monitoring/evaluation data collection.
- Develop and translate data collection tools, and lead field testing.
- Conduct data quality checks, cleaning, and entry into databases.
- Assist in basic quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
- Share project progress, challenges, and lessons learned with teams.
- Collaborate with programme teams to ensure actions are taken based on MEAL findings.
- Write field visit monitoring reports and support outcome monitoring reports.
- Conduct awareness sessions on accountability to beneficiaries and collect feedback.
- Follow up on complaints and act as CRM Area Focal Point.
Experience Requirements
- Experience in implementation of MEAL systems for all programmes.
- Experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Experience in strengthening accountability mechanisms.
