Overview
Lead impactful projects, delivering diverse services and ensuring successful outcomes within agreed tolerances of time, cost, scope, quality, risk, and benefits. Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the project(s) and provides services to different donors, partners and beneficiaries.
Tasks Summary
- Lead impactful projects, delivering diverse services and ensuring successful outcomes within agreed tolerances of time, cost, scope, quality, risk, and benefits
- Act on behalf of the Project Board to manage the project on an ongoing basis during the Implementation Stage
- Ensure that the project outputs are delivered to agreed specifications, time, cost, quality, scope, risk and benefits
- Meet the organization’s performance and delivery goals
- Assign, as per the Project Plan, work packages and activities to Team Managers
- Approve deliverables produced under their supervision
- Establish a thorough understanding of the terms, conditions, and the respective roles and responsibilities of the partners/stakeholders
- Create the Project Implementation Plan (PIP) using the Project Initiation Document (PID) and Legal Agreement
