Overview

Provide technical oversight and engineering expertise for the development, procurement, prefabrication, and installation of "Mother and Child Rooms" at border crossing points.

Tasks Summary

• Technically review and validate DED package
• Provide technical support during selection of design company
• Complete technical evaluation of construction bids
• Oversee prefabrication works at factory
• Supervise installation and commissioning at BCPs
• Verify conformity and quality of completed works
• Submit interim progress reporting
• Submit final completion report

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in civil engineering, construction supervision, or architectural design
• Demonstrated experience in preparation and/or technical review of Design and Estimate Documentation (DED), including Bills of Quantities (BoQ)
• Experience in construction supervision of public or institutional infrastructure projects, including quality control and compliance with technical standards is desirable
• Prior experience working with international organizations, UN agencies, or donor-funded projects, particularly in applying international technical and procurement standards is desirable

Qualification Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Valid state certification(s) authorizing engineering works, building and installation activities in the Kyrgyz Republic is required
• Formal qualifications or certifications from a recognized national or international educational institution in Civil Engineering, Construction or related field is required
