Overview
The Global Coordinator, MEAL Country Support will provide technical support to country offices in the implementation of Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) systems. The role aims to strengthen MEAL capacity and ensure effective data utilization for program improvement.
Tasks Summary
- Provide direct technical support to country offices on MEAL system implementation
- Develop and deliver MEAL training and capacity building initiatives
- Support the development and review of MEAL frameworks, tools, and guidance
- Facilitate learning processes and knowledge sharing across country offices
- Contribute to the development and dissemination of MEAL best practices
- Monitor and report on the progress of MEAL support activities
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in humanitarian or development programming
- Proven experience in designing and implementing MEAL systems in complex environments
- Experience in capacity building and training on MEAL topics
- Experience working with diverse teams and stakeholders
Qualification Requirements
• Master's degree in a relevant field such as International Development, Social Sciences, Statistics, or equivalent professional experience
