Overview
This internship aims to provide professional experience in project management and reporting, administrative procedures, and data analysis within an international organization to supplement studies.
Tasks Summary
- Research and document project data, processes, policies, and best practices in construction management.
- Draft and prepare reports, guidelines, and presentations.
- Support knowledge management by capturing lessons learned, preparing official documents and drafting clear and concise meeting notes.
- Provide logistical and administrative support for hybrid meetings.
- Coordinate with other UN offices and sections.
Experience Requirements
Applicants to the UN Internship Programme are not required to have professional work experience.
Qualification Requirements
- Be enrolled in, or have completed, a graduate school programme (second university degree or equivalent, or higher).
- OR be enrolled in, or have completed, the final academic year of a first university degree programme (minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent).
- Applicants must have good knowledge of standard software applications, especially MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point.
