Overview
The intern will support the CDOTS Campus Team in the implementation of new LMS Standard Operating Procedures, focusing on quality assurance testing, documentation development, and user support for the Learning Management System.
Tasks Summary
- Quality assurance testing of eLearning courses and programmes to ensure compliance with established platform standards and SOPs.
- Developing documentation and tutorials for LMS users and stakeholders.
- Triaging support tickets and responding to queries related to user account management, troubleshooting, and elearning content management.
Experience Requirements
Qualification Requirements
- Be enrolled in, or have completed, a graduate school programme (second university degree or equivalent, or higher) in Instructional Design, Education Technology, Adult Learning/Teacher Training or a related field; or,
- Be enrolled in, or have completed, the final academic year of a first university degree programme (minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent) in any of the fields above.
