Overview
Provides strategic leadership and operational oversight of Treasury and International Retirement Savings Plan (IRSP) activities within Financial Shared Services. Ensures compliance with internal policies, accurate financial execution, and effective coordination with Geneva Treasury and HR teams.
Tasks Summary
- Lead, coach, and develop Treasury and IRSP teams
- Drive continuous process improvements and efficiency initiatives
- Oversee review and maintenance of Statement of Work (SoW)
- Manage issue resolution and escalation with HQ and stakeholders
- Coordinate audits and compliance reviews
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning
- Oversee management of FX exposure, interest-rate, credit, and liquidity risks
- Supervise cash flow forecasting
- Maintain relationships with custodians, asset managers, and financial institutions
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closings
- Support financial and regulatory reporting
- Oversee back-office payment operations
- Oversee preparation and review of IRSP financial reports, account reconciliations, and benefit disbursements
- Ensure accurate tracking of IRSP members’ contributions, withdrawals, and benefits
Experience Requirements
- Experience in Treasury operations
- Experience in International Retirement Savings Plan (IRSP) administration
- Experience in financial shared services
