Overview
Support the management of Corporate Agreements (CoAg) with the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), focusing on global emergency response and recovery projects. The role involves communication with donors and coordination of activities to improve rapid response to public health emergencies.
Tasks Summary
- Facilitate CoAg including requests for project updates and keeping communications with CDC, PPD and country offices.
- Prepare 4 Quarterly project and financial updates for submission to CDC.
- Facilitate at least 12 monthly WASH technical and follow-up calls with CDC WASH team.
- Develop and update a master projects list on a monthly basis.
- Develop a 'how to coordinate' note for future CoAg coordinators with CDC-specific requirements.
- Develop the annual report for Year three with country input and submit.
- Prepare carry-over packages for Y3 to Y4 and Y1 to Y3.
- Develop and submit a complete package of non-competing continuous application for Year four.
- Develop and submit a complete package of second/final UNICEF proposal for Year four.
Experience Requirements
- A minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in humanitarian WASH programming.
- Proven knowledge of WASH roles and interventions in public health emergencies.
- Experience supporting or implementing WASH responses in public health emergencies is considered an asset.
- Experience or familiarity with CDC-funded projects and funding management is an asset.
