Overview
The consultant will enhance TrainForTrade's communication to reach more stakeholders and partners through impactful strategies.
Tasks Summary
- Conceptualize, design and implement communication and outreach plans.
- Plan and execute communication activities for new courses.
- Write and edit articles and content for websites and other platforms.
- Design and produce communication and advocacy materials.
- Liaise with communication teams to promote content.
- Review and propose improvements for course design and content presentation.
- Design artwork, photos, charts and media integrations.
- Record and edit videos of subject matter experts.
- Contribute to the management of websites and e-learning platforms.
- Promote stakeholders' engagement.
- Monitor the reach and impact of communication materials.
- Produce a manual in Indesign.
- Update manuals for several modules.
Experience Requirements
- At least 7 years of professional experience in multimedia production, graphic design, or related field with a combination of working experience in CMS like WordPress, LMS such as Moodle, H5P, video production, social media.
- Work experience with digital and web tools applications is desirable.
- Work experience in strategic development of corporate communication within international organizations is desirable.
- Work experience with e-learning platforms and TrainForTrade's methodology will be an advantage.
Qualification Requirements
An advanced university degree, Master's in communication, journalism, visual communication, or social science related field, is required.
