Overview

The consultant will be responsible for developing conceptual materials to refine the scope, logic, and operational structure of an English version of the Teacher Training Platform (TTP). This includes identifying systemic problems, developing a conceptual framework, and preparing key user scenarios.

Tasks Summary

• Identify and summarize systemic problems through desk review and interviews.
• Validate problem framework with teachers and prioritize challenges.
• Develop a rough conceptual framework with feature definitions.
• Clarify the objective and scope of the Polish version of the TTP.
• Prepare a list of key components and functions of the digital solution.
• Develop a high-level operational model of the digital solution.
• Validate the categorization model and consult with stakeholders.
• Prepare a set of key user scenarios.
• Create a short list of functional priorities for the TTP prototype.
• Compile a list of open questions and dependencies.

Experience Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in roles related to business analysis, digital solution design, or product consulting.

Qualification Requirements

Master or equivalent experience in Education, Pedagogy, or other related field including Project Management, International Relations, Social Policy.
